I think Jean Patchett looks smashing in her lavender ensemble. She must be going to this Sunday’s Easter Parade!

Folks wander Fifth Avenue (from 49th St. to 57th St.) admiring various Easter Bonnets and Easter outfits. Unlike most New York City Parades, the Easter Parade is a far less organized event. There are no “Best Bonnet” prizes, but Fifth Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
